ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern all sales made by PANTHERA PARIS via its website.

The customer confirms having read these T&Cs prior to placing any order and accepts them without reservation.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs, excluding any other conditions.

PURPOSE

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by PANTHERA PARIS to the customer.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time of consultation by the customer, subject to availability.

The company takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products. However, minor variations may occur, particularly due to technical constraints related to digital display.

Such variations shall not engage the responsibility of the company.

PRICES

Product prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery fees and, where applicable, customs duties and import taxes for orders delivered outside the European Union.

Depending on the customer’s location, prices may be displayed in a local currency for information purposes. In such cases, conversions are indicative and may vary depending on exchange rates applied by payment providers or display systems at the time of order.

The legally binding price is the one displayed in euros at the time of final order confirmation.

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.

For deliveries outside the European Union, products are sold excluding taxes. The customer may be required to pay customs duties, local taxes, or import fees, which remain entirely their responsibility.

ORDER

Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

The customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

All orders are subject to prior acceptance by the company. The company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at any time, including after automatic confirmation, notably in the following cases:

– existing or prior dispute with the customer
– suspected fraud or irregular payment
– product unavailability, stock error, or pricing error
– logistical or technical failure beyond its control
– non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions
– or any other legitimate reason

In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded using the same payment method used for the order.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods include: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as any deferred or instalment payment services offered at checkout, including Klarna or equivalent providers.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers, which may be changed without notice. The company may use providers integrated via Shopify and/or any other authorised payment processor.

The company does not store any customer banking data. All payment information is processed exclusively by secure payment providers in accordance with applicable regulations.

The company cannot be held responsible for payment refusal, technical errors, bank authorisation issues, or failures attributable to payment providers.

DELIVERY

Delivery zones

The company delivers products within mainland France, French overseas departments and regions (DROM), overseas collectivities (COM), the European Union, and selected international countries, depending on availability at the time of order.

Delivery zones may be modified at any time without notice.

United States and territories

Due to current customs practices and evolving international shipping requirements, delivery to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) is currently not available.

Delivery offers

Delivery is free within mainland France, Europe (including the United Kingdom), and Maghreb countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia).

For international deliveries and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), additional shipping fees may apply depending on destination, parcel weight, and logistics constraints.

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste and its logistics partners depending on destination).

Customer responsibility

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of delivery information. Any error may result in delays, additional costs, or delivery failure, for which the company cannot be held responsible.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, carrier, destination, and logistics constraints.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or external events beyond its control, including force majeure, strikes, or transport disruptions.

Customs and import fees

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be applied by the destination country and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Transfer of risk

Risk transfers upon physical delivery of the parcel to the customer or any third party designated by them (relay point, concierge, neighbour, etc.). From that moment, the company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Lost or delayed parcels

In case of a reported delay or loss, an investigation may be conducted with the carrier. Replacement or refund will only be issued once official confirmation of loss is received.

Multiple shipments

The company reserves the right to split an order into multiple shipments at no additional cost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing (email or return form available on the website).

Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.

Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Otherwise, returns may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns must follow the instructions provided by the company.

After inspection of returned products, refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

WARRANTIES

Products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with French Consumer and Civil Code provisions.

Any misuse of the product excludes these guarantees.

LIABILITY

The company is only liable in cases of proven fault and only for direct damages.

The company shall not be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements on the website, including but not limited to text, editorial content, product descriptions, images, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, branding elements, logos, trademarks, databases, structure, and overall organisation, are protected under intellectual property law.

These elements are the exclusive property of the company or used under licence.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, extraction, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited acts include, without limitation:

commercial use of content
reuse of product visuals
scraping, crawling, or automated extraction (including AI systems)
imitation of brand identity or universe
use of trademarks likely to cause confusion

Any infringement may result in legal action, including damages, injunctions, and criminal proceedings.

PERSONAL DATA

Customer personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting the company.

FORCE MAJEURE

The company shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by French law.

MODIFICATIONS

The company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

The applicable version is the one in force at the date of the order.

APPLICABLE LAW

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to the customer.
