DELIVERY AREAS

The Company offers delivery of its Products within mainland France, French overseas departments and regions (DROM), overseas collectivities (COM), the European Union, as well as internationally, depending on the available shipping zones at the time of ordering.

The list of delivery zones may be modified at any time without prior notice.

CARRIERS

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste group) and, where applicable, by international logistics partners depending on the destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday until 4:00 PM, and on Saturdays until 11:00 AM, following payment confirmation, excluding periods of high demand.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and logistical constraints.

ORDER TRACKING

Each shipped order is assigned a tracking number sent to the customer by email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery tracking is handled directly by the selected carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, and customs procedures.

The Company cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

DELIVERY FEES

Mainland France, Europe, and Maghreb

Delivery is free for orders shipped to:

  • Mainland France
  • Europe (including the United Kingdom)
  • Maghreb countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia)

DOM-TOM and International

For deliveries to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and other international destinations, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination, parcel weight, and logistical constraints.

These fees may be communicated to the customer after order confirmation and before shipment when necessary.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International and DOM-TOM (Outside EU | UK)

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be applied by the destination country upon entry of the goods into its territory.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The Company has no control over the amount or application of these charges.

Orders to the United Kingdom benefit from the EU–UK trade agreement allowing customs exemption under applicable conditions. Local VAT may still apply according to current regulations.

United States and Associated Territories

Due to current customs regulations and evolving international shipping requirements, delivery to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) is currently not available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Any error may result in delays, additional costs, or delivery failure, for which the Company cannot be held responsible.

TRANSFER OF RISK

The transfer of risk occurs upon physical delivery of the parcel to the customer or to any person designated by the customer.

From that moment, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the parcel.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS, RETURN TO SENDER & NON-CLAIMED PARCELS

For home deliveries, if the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left at a pickup point or post office by the carrier. The customer will then be informed by the carrier of the collection details.

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be returned to the sender.

Any reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Unclaimed or refused parcels without legitimate reason may result in return fees being deducted from the refund.

DELAYS, LOSS AND INCIDENTS

In the event of a delay or loss reported by the carrier, an investigation may be initiated with the relevant service.

A replacement or refund can only be issued once official confirmation of loss has been received from the carrier.

CARRIER LIABILITY

The Company cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or external events beyond its control.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

The Company reserves the right to split an order into multiple shipments at no additional cost to the customer.
