Data collected as part of the Cercle Privé

As part of the Cercle Privé Panthera program, additional information may be requested to better understand our customers' preferences, expectations, and interests.

This data allows us in particular to improve the Panthera experience, personalize certain communications, offer more relevant services, content, or benefits, and improve our future collections and experiences.

The information shared remains strictly confidential and is never resold to third parties.

  • IP address
  • Browsing data (pages viewed, time spent, clicks)
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including to identify abandoned carts (see "Text Message (SMS) Communications" section)

Payment data

Payments are secured and processed by external providers.

We use, in particular:

  • Shopify Payments, provided by Shopify Inc, for card payments.
  • PayPal Holdings Inc.
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna

These providers are responsible for processing your banking data and apply their own privacy policies. We never have access to the entirety of your banking information. Your payments are protected by advanced encryption technologies ensuring a high level of security.

TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

If you provide us with your phone number and consent to receive SMS communications from us (for example when completing an order, signing up for our newsletter, or joining the Cercle Privé), we use that number to send you:

  • order confirmations and updates,
  • abandoned cart reminders,
  • offers, news, and invitations related to the Panthera Paris brand.

The Panthera Paris website uses cookies to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminders by text message.

Your phone number and your consent to receive SMS messages are shared with our SMS messaging provider (Klaviyo), as well as with the telecommunications carriers necessary to deliver the messages. This data is not shared with any other third party.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages, or get help by replying HELP.
