The present Return and Refund Policy defines the terms and conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased on the Panthera Paris website.
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. However, we also welcome your feedback and would be happy to exchange with you in order to continuously improve our products and services. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging (box and shipping carton). Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused, returned to the CUSTOMER at their expense, and will not be eligible for a refund.
The CUSTOMER must use the return label provided by the company. Any return made without following the provided instructions may result in additional fees, which will remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
After notification of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER has fourteen (14) days to return the Products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER, except in the case of an error attributable to the company. The return cost amount depends on the CUSTOMER’s location and will be communicated in our reply email.
Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned Products. The refunded amount will correspond to the order total, minus return shipping costs.
Subject to compliance with the return conditions, the company will issue a refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned Products.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Initial shipping fees are only refunded up to the amount of the standard delivery option. This applies only to orders where shipping fees were not offered.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees charged by the destination country remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER and are non-refundable.

In the event of receipt of a defective or non-conforming product, the CUSTOMER must contact customer service as soon as possible, including any relevant evidence (photos, description of the defect).
After verification, the company may offer, depending on the situation:
· A replacement product, subject to availability
· A refund
· Or any other appropriate solution
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
